I spent the next five years in the field, managing everything from complex bed bug remediations to infestations involving mites so small you’d barely notice them—until they become a problem. I’m the type of guy who actually enjoys the research; if I encounter a unique pest issue, I’m going to study it until I’ve found the most effective, science-backed solution for that specific environment.
